Durbuy Adventure has been able to transform into a real opportunity the threats coming from the Walloon Administration. With the aid of the evironment office of the Chamber of Commerce Durbuy Adventure has fought very much to get the unique licence, first society to get it ! From now on the sustainable tourism - wiht respect for the environment - is one of its main leitmotifs.
The adventure base of Rome is situated on a leisure centre of 15 ha, on the heights of Durbuy and welcomes every year thousands of tourists. 15 different activities are suggested : paintball, climbing, archery, fishing, run in the trees, potholing. and also a camping site, restaurants and meeting rooms. Mr and Mrs Charlier, the dynamic bosses of Durbuy Adventure, don't intend to stop. Soon they will start building new activities : a laser game, an indoor go-karting.
Joseph Charlier is proud to have obtained the unique licence and really hopes that the other societies of the same sector will get it very quickly.
